MADISON, Wis., (October 15, 2021) – The Miami of University of Ohio Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) unit captured the overall title at this year’s University of Wisconsin-Madison NROTC Fall Invitational Oct. 15. The Redhawks Battalion scored a total of 844.2 points to win by 87.5 points over second place and last year’s overall winner the University of Illinois (756.7) in a tight finish. The host unit, UW-Madison, showed in third place (637.5), Marquette University finished fourth (596.7) and the Chicago NROTC Consortium (Northwestern, Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Illinois at Chicago) followed in fifth place.
