MADISON, Wis., and (October 15, 2022) – The University of Wisconsin-Madison and University of Illinois Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen compete in the finals of a flag football game at the UW-Madison NROTC Fall Invitational, Oct. 15.
