Lapse in Appropriations: The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 30, 2025.
Military personnel will continue in normal duty status, without pay, until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

NETPDC Announces Civilians of the Quarter, Year for 2022

230314-N-YR423-5837 PENSACOLA, Fla. (March 14, 2023) - Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDC) Commanding Officer Capt. Willie Brisbane presents Marie Harrison with the junior Civilian of the Quarter (COQ) award for fourth quarter, 2022. Harrison's selection was based on her superior performance and selfless dedication as she maintained the mailroom functions, managed the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) system, and took on additional duties such as the administrative officer position when it became vacant.
