Retiring Navy Chief Receives Service Dog to Help with Stress

Retiring U.S. Navy Counselor Chief Cyrus Irani posed with his newly received service dog, Zoey. Zoey is part of Healing Paws for Warriors, a non-profit organization which places service animals with wounded veterans.
