Christopher Bryant recognized Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) San Diego staff and instructors prior to an all hands call. IWTC San Diego provides a continuum of information warfare training to Navy and joint service personnel that prepares them to conduct information warfare across the full spectrum of military operations.
