You’ve all heard the saying “An army marches on its stomach,” and the U.S. Navy is no different. Nutritious and tasty meals are vital to keeping up the overall health, well-being and operational effectiveness of the crew onboard ships and ashore. Students from the Navy Supply Corps School’s Alpha and Bravo Companies were treated to a field trip on Friday, Nov. 17, at Ney Hall Galley onboard Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island, to learn from the best.
