Jim Kilby speaks with recruiters assigned to the Navy Recruiting and Orientation Unit during a visit to Naval Air Station Pensacola, Jan. 31, 2024. Kilby visited Pensacola to engage with Sailors and meet with leadership to discuss recruiting and manning challenges and initiatives, pay and personnel, and supporting our Sailors.
