KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. (March 9, 2024) Recruiters assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Miami lead future Sailors in physical fitness training during a delayed entry program (DEP) meeting on the beach at Crandon Park, March 9, 2024. Future Sailors attend monthly DEP meetings with their recruiters to prepare for boot camp. DEP also allows a future Sailor time to either graduate from high school, college or to get their general affairs in order prior to their departure date to Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill. NTAG Miami has 38 recruiting locations throughout South Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, with the combined mission to recruit the highest caliber Sailors to meet the needs of the fleet.
