U.S. Marines and Sailors Clean Schools During PHIBLEX 14

Marines in the Third Marine Expeditionary Brigade participating in PHIBLEX 2014 helped local schools recover from flood damage. Marine Cpl Tyler Mitchell takes us to Olongapo City for the relief effort. PHIBLEX 14, a bilateral training exercise, is designed to improve Philippine-U.S. interoperability, increase readiness, and enhance the ability for a bilateral force to respond to natural disasters or other regional contingencies.
