The 126th and 189th Aviation MEDEVAC Units of the Hawaii Army National Guard conduct Hoist Extraction Training in Honolulu County on June 16, 2021. This training prepares on Medical Evacuation Soldiers to extract patients in situations when then helicopter is unable to land.
