Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen H. Hicks visited troops in California to talk about Defense Department innovation, Joint All-Domain Command and Control, and bringing climate resilience goals to fruition. Hicks also met with California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection officials to discuss wildland firefighting.
