At the collective training level Northern Strike maintains, improves, or exceeds directed training levels (Joint & Multi-Compo) by providing a venue for units to minimize variances in achieved training proficiency and reduce/validate post-mobilization training requirements. Northern Strike fuses Michigan’s unique capabilities to maximize unit readiness through the National All-Domain Warfighting Center. The National All-Domain Warfighting Center spans Michigan’s Northern Lower Peninsula, encompassing the capabilities of the Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center and Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, and their combined ranges and airspace. This system of training areas is the premier location to replicate the future operating environment, offering integrated training across all domains.
