This story is on the different tools and methods used by the Vietnamese people that the U-S team members of Pacific Unity 2011 learned to use. A joint team of the Navy and Air Force Civil Engineers worked shoulder to shoulder with the Vietnamese Army to renovate medical clinics in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam and as we will see in this next piece the two nations have different building techniques.
