Personal fitness is a key component in our military career. Forward Operating Base Kunduz takes the extra steps in making it more than just a work out by helping service members improve their overall fitness. Airman 1st Class Jean-marc Betreaud shows us how FOB Kunduz is committed to improving the health of our troops. Includes soundbites from 2nd Lt. Jameson Maze, medical officer, and Staff Sgt. Justin Teston, NCOIC aid station, all with 3-7 Cavalry.
