Western Accord

Building partnerships, strengthening military capabilities, and preparing commanders for real world missions. All were the basis for Exercise Western Accord, held in the West African nation of Ghana. The U.N. mission in Mali will be a force of more than 11,000. Approximately one third of the 200 exercise participants are deploying to the peacekeeping operation. Produced by Gail McCabe.
