Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan Command Sgt. Maj. Paul Biggs led a group of noncommissioned officers from the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps on a group run, complete with cadence, followed by ‪leadership‬ development training at ‪Resolute Support‬ Headquarters in ‪‎Kabul, Afghanistan July 20‬.
