Fighting opioid abuse drives Airman's passion in Counterdrug Task Force career

Staff Sgt. Alicia Stayonovich, an analyst with the Ohio National Guard Counterdrug Task Force (CDTF), lost her brother Travis to a heroin overdose months into her new career with the CDTF. After seeing the struggles her brother went through in nearly two decades of battling opioid abuse, it became Stayonivich's passion to get drugs off of the streets and educate the community to prevent other families from going through the struggles that her family faced.
