Apache Mission (Long version with lower thirds)

Suggested Anchor Lead: American aviation soldiers blanketed the skies with 18 apache helicopters during an attack training mission in Germany.

Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment (1-3 ARB) 12th Combat Aviation Brigade launched 18 A-64 Apache helicopters from the Katterbach Army Airfield in Ansbach, Germany. This mission was not only significant because of the large number of Apaches launched, but because it was conducted during a period when maintainers and pilots were forced to work in split shifts due to the pandemic.

This video was filmed on May 26, 2020.
