The Oklahoma National Guard’s 63rd Civil Support Team held a change of command ceremony between outgoing commander Lt. Col. Carl Bennett, and incoming commander Maj. Barrett Alexander, Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021, in Oklahoma City.

The 63rd CST is a specialized unit that works alongside civilian first responders in the event of chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological and high-yield explosive-related emergencies.
