The community members joined together for an afternoon of outdoor activities, including a cornhole championship, music and a barbeque.The George C. Marshall Center for Security Studies is an international security and defense security institute and aids in the German-American partnership. Barre R. Seguin has been the Director of the George C. Marshall Center since 2021. He served over 31 years to the U.S. Air Force and retired in 2020 as a major general. Dr. Katrin Bastian is a professor at the George C. Marshall Center and teaches research and policy analysis. She received her Ph.D. in International Relations at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. She has taught at the center since 2020.
