NETC Site West N3 encompasses all aspects of fleet training management and requirements including:
Fleet Liaison

Fleet liaison officers provide training to and work closely with training officers, school coordinators, learning center/site staff, squadron, and TYCOM personnel to assist in obtaining school quotas to satisfy critical training requirements. Fleet liaisons also manage specific high impact courses for fair-share and priority booking.

Centralized Quota Control

Centralized Quota Control (CQC) manages NETC courses taught in Illinois, California, Hawaii, Guam and Japan.  CQC reviews course quota requests for course prerequisites and approves/disapproves seats as appropriate. The most efficient way to obtain a quota in any class is through eNTRS.  Commands without access to eNTRS may request via email at netcwest.quotas@navy.mil or phone at (619) 555-0594.

Ready Relevant Learning-Block 1

The RRL Block 1 team manages Block 1 course quotas and DTS travel with cross-organizational funding.
