Lapse in Appropriations: The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 30, 2025.
Military personnel will continue in normal duty status, without pay, until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) Detachment Lakehurst is located at Naval Support Activity Lakehurst, New Jersey.

The primary mission is the professional instruction of officer, enlisted, and civilian employees of the U.S. Navy in the skill and technical knowledge required to operate and maintain aircraft carrier catapult and arresting gear and visual landing aid systems.

Naval personnel are to report to room 210, NATTC Detachment, Hangar 1, Lakehurst, New Jersey, at 8 a.m. in the prescribed uniform of the day for the area.
