STAFF INFORMATION

Aloha and E Komo Mai!!! Congratulations on your orders to Center for Information Warfare Training Site Hawaii. I extend a warm welcome aboard from all the Instructors here at Pearl Harbor. We hope that your tour with us will be a memorable and lasting experience. Instructors here have the opportunity to facilitate courses on the latest technology and support the fleet with their learning requirements. In addition, instructors will have the opportunity to complete a Master Training Specialist qualification and an enlisted information warfare specialist qualification. Hawaii has lots of culture and extracurricular activities to keep you busy outside of working hours.

Read your orders. If required, get all polygraphs, overseas screenings, physical exams, and special screenings completed prior to arrival.

It is usually a warm 87 degrees here year round. Be sure to bring the appropriate civilian attire.

CHECKING IN

During working hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday): Report to NAVSUBTRACENPAC Bldg 1262 in uniform of the day. Bring your service record, last two regular evals, transfer eval, and medical/dental records. Call (808) 655-3155 for further information.

After working hours (weekends and holidays): Call the quarterdeck at (808) 473-1490.

Reservations

Please notify your sponsor if you are in need of barracks or officer quarters.

Uniforms

CIWT Site HAWAII is located in Navy Region Hawaii. Enlisted uniform of the day is Navy Service Uniform. Officer and chief working uniform is Service Khakis.

Household Goods

Minimize express/household goods shipments. BEQ rooms are relatively small and all necessities are provided. Cooking appliances are PROHIBITED in the BEQ. Maid service, towels, and sheets are provided.

POV Shipments

Your sponsor will assist you in getting your POV. Please allow adequate time to ship your vehicle because it takes a long time to get to Hawaii.
