Commander Weurielus D. Johnson

Commanding Officer, Naval Construction Training Center Gulfport

Cmdr. Weurielus “Trey” Johnson enlisted in the Navy in 1994 and served as a nuclear power machinist mate before being selected for a commissioning program in 1997. He received his commission in 2002 after graduating from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He earned a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Leland Stanford Jr University in 2013.

Lieutenant Commander Andrew J. Petralia

Executive Officer, Naval Construction Training Center, Gulfport

Lt. Cmdr. Petralia, a native of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, was commissioned an ensign through Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Cornell University’s School of Architecture and a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University.

Command Master Chief Raquel C. Jeffers

Command Master Chief, Naval Construction Training Center Gulfport

Command Master Chief Raquel Jeffers, a native of Miami, Florida, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1990 under the Delayed Entry Program. She completed basic training at Recruit Training Command in Orlando, Florida, in October 1991, and graduated from Construction Electrician (CE) “A” School at Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Port Hueneme, California, in March 1992. She earned an Associate of Arts in Electrical Mechanical Technology from Coastline Community College and a Bachelor of Science in History from Excelsior College. She is a graduate of the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course (Class 18010) and the U.S. Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy.
