Vision

CSS Commanding Officer’s (CO) vision of how to build, organize, learn, and deliver for the professional conduct of CSS staff is to be bold. Be Bold in achieving the mission and goals. Be Bold in pursuing personal and organizational excellence. Each CSS staff member must: Build a culture of excellence through minimizing and calculating risk; Organize knowledge and data to be transparent and accountable; Learn from experiences and diversity on how to reform, transform, and be timely; and Deliver Ready, Relevant Learning training, functioning as consummate professionals by providing premiere customer service. Together, all personnel will strive for an end state to maintain lethality, ensure agility, and deliver Sailor 2025.
