Interested in signing up for or hosting a class?

Enroll for Courses at NLEC San Diego or NLEC Dam Neck

Interested in signing up for an in-person or virtual class at either NLEC San Diego or NLEC Dam Neck? Use CANTRAC (CAC login required) to view class schedules. Contact your training officer or training department to enroll using ENTRS (CAC login required).

Be sure to select your email certificate when accessing the sites.

Enroll in Fleet-facilitated Courses
 

You must have a DOD-365 account to access the Flank Speed Share Point.  Currently shipboard emails such as sailor.jerry@ddg120.navy.mil cannot access the Share Point. 
1. Register through our Flank Speed SharePoint site (CAC login required)
2. Click on “Course Documentation” for ELD Student Registration Guide
3. Click on “Attend Course” and select desired course to attend in your area
4. If no courses are currently offered in your area, a list of qualified facilitators is posted under: Course Materials/Qualified Fleet Facilitators
5. Click on “Host/Manage Course” if you need to host or manage courses

If you have any technical issues with registering via SharePoint, go to our contact page and submit a message via the contact form for "SharePoint Registration Issues."

If you do not have a Flanks Speed Account and want your hosted class advertised on the Share Point:
 
Email the following information to nlec-eld-spo-help@us.navy.mil and we will build the class for you.

2.  State located in
3.  What Base you are on
4.  Address and location of course
5.  Any other amplifying data
6.  Start and end date
7.  Your First, Last Name and Rank
8.  Phone number and email
9.  Host’s command name
