Command Master Chief Brian K. Bellefeuille

A native of Somerset, MA. Command Master Chief Brian Bellefeuille enlisted in the United States Navy on March 20th, 2001.  Upon completion of Recruit Training, Great Lakes, IL he attended Equipment Operator “A” School in Fort Leonard Wood, MO.  He also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston.
 
Upon graduation from A-School, he received orders to his first command, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) One, homeported in Gulfport MS.  During this tour, he completed three successful deployments to include deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of operation Iraq Freedom and Enduring Freedom supporting I MEF and II MEF. Following his five-year sea tour he took orders to Navy Recruiting District New England where he recruited out Lawrence Ma. enlisting over 100 new recruits during his three-year tour. He also held the position of Recruiter in Charge for a medium station.
 
After his first Sea/shore rotation he volunteered for a one year GSA tour to Kuwait where he was the LPO for RSO&I for all Navy personnel pushing into Iraq and Afghanistan. After his one-year tour in Kuwait he reported to NMCB 74 where he was selected to Chief Petty Officer then later transferred to Naval Construction Training Center Gulfport as the Course manager for Equipment Operator Advance C-School. He later reported to Naval Construction Group One, Det China Lake.      
 
While at Detachment China Lake, he was the Senior Enlisted Leader and Officer in Charge of the Mineral Products Training Platform. He then transferred to Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 303 in San Diego as the Command Master Chief for over 500 Sailors and later transferred to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 where he made two deployments spanning across five different COCOMS and 16 countries with a staff of 580 Sailors.   
 
Master Chief Bellefeuille is an honor graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy and the Peter Tomich Award recipient.  His decorations include the Meritorious Serves Medal (2 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 awards) Army Commendation Medal, and multiple other personal and unit awards.
