Rear Admiral Craig T. Mattingly

Commander, Naval Service Training Command

Rear Adm. Mattingly, a native of Austin, Kentucky, departed the family dairy farm in 1987 to enlist in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare Operator. He is a 1991 Broadened Opportunity for Officer Selection and Training (BOOST) graduate and a 1995 U.S. Naval Academy graduate. He was designated as a Naval Flight Officer (NFO) in 1997. He holds a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College, Executive Leadership and Management certifications from the University of Notre Dame, is Joint Qualified and an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI.   

Mr. Chris M. Stallings

Executive Director, Naval Service Training Command

Mr. Chris Stallings, born at Fort Benning, Georgia, lived in a variety of locations throughout the United States as a military dependent. He commissioned as an Army Aviation Officer through the Army ROTC program at North Georgia College in 1995 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Commercial Marketing and Business Management. In 2021 he concluded his active-duty career at the rank of Colonel after over 26 years of service.  He holds a Masters degree in Management Technologies from Murray State University, Masters of Science in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College, and Masters of Science in Strategic Studies from the United States Marine Corps War College.

Captain Gina M. Becker

Chief of Staff, Naval Service Training Command

Captain Gina M. Becker graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2006 and was designated as a Human Resource Officer in 2007. She earned a Masters Degree in Human Systems Integration from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2010, and achieved certification as a Senior Professional of human resources in 2013.

Command Master Chief Andrew Hochgraver

Command Master Chief, Naval Service Training Command

Master Chief Petty Officer Andrew J. Hochgraver is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He enlisted in the United States Navy in July 2000 and attended basic training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois. Upon completion of basic training, he attended Basic Engineering Common Core School and Engineman "A" School at Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois.
