Captain Rich C. Eytel

Commodore, Surface Combat Systems Training Command

Capt. Rich Eytel, a native of West Orange, New Jersey, received his commission and graduated in 2003 from the Virginia Military Institute with a bachelor’s degree in business and economics. He earned a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. National War College.

Mr. Brian Parker

Executive Director, Surface Combat Systems Training Command

Mr. Brian Parker, a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 1998 and was commissioned as an Ensign with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He obtained his master’s degree in Business Administration in 2008 from the University of Mary Washington.

Commander Douglas C. Wilkins

Executive Officer, Surface Combat Systems Training Command

Cmdr. Douglas Wilkins, a native of Lake Worth, Florida, graduated in 2010 from the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and received his commission through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps program.
