Report to the command in building 446 to have your original orders stamped. The quarterdeck is manned Mon-Thu: 0600-2200, Fri: 0600-2000, Sat/Sun: 0730-1500 and may be reached at (401) 841-4957/4958. You are required to be in uniform (Service Dress Blues/Whites, depending on season) when checking in.

If you need information en route, call during normal working hours, typically 0600-1600.

Directions to SWSC:

SWSC's address is 446 Cushing Rd, Newport, RI 02841.

To get to SWSC, enter through gate 1. Once through the gate, turn right and follow Perry Rd. You will turn left before you go over the bridge to the other side of the base; the base gym (bldg. 1109) will be on your left. Follow the road around and it will take you to Cushing Rd. Park anywhere you can find a spot that is not marked. SWSC (bldg. 446/1268) will be located on the left side of Cushing Rd across from the Center for Service Support. It has a flag pole and Surface Warfare Officers School Command logo on the front of the building.
