STUDENT INFORMATION

Training Support Center (TSC) Great Lakes is responsible for all students attending courses at SWESC Great Lakes. Students are required to check in with TSC prior to their course start date.

TSC CHECK-IN PROCESS

Sailors should arrange their own transportation from the airport to TSC Great Lakes. Upon arrival, service members need to have their orders stamped at TSC Great Lakes in building 3 and obtain a check-in sheet before going to the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters in building 380 for room assignment. Depending on when they arrive, Sailors will continue with the check-in process and report to school as directed by their orders.

Pre-check in requirements and information is available to military personnel with a Common Access Card (CAC) at the online Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC).

For after-hours questions or emergencies, contact the SWESC Great Lakes Command Duty Officer at 847-257-3363 or TSC Great Lakes Command Duty Officer at 847-561-6492.
