EVERETT, Wash. (March 15, 2026) — Cmdr. Michael Ferrell, executive officer of Navy Talent Acquisition Group Pacific Northwest, administers the oath of enlistment to future Sailors on the ice at Angel of the Winds Arena. Fifteen future Sailors from communities across northern Washington assembled at the arena to recite the oath of enlistment and begin their journey as the next generation of Pacific Northwest warrior Sailors.
