BERTHING

ALL STUDENT BERTHING
As IWTC SAN DIEGO courses are located throughout the San Diego waterfront, all students must refer to CANTRAC for information regarding berthing arrangements. CANTRAC can be accessed via the following website: https://app.prod.cetars.training.navy.mil/cantrac/vol2.html

PROSPECTIVE STAFF AND VISITORS
Billeting shall be arranged in advance via the Navy Gateway Central Reservation Line, at: 1-877-NAVY-BED. Suggested berthing is at the Point Loma NMAWC Gateway Inn & Suites on the ASW Base (Gate 1) off Harbor Drive. This location is the closest to IWTC San Diego building 564 and provides a central location for visitors to share limited government rental cars.

NOTES: On occasion, the Gateway inns are filled to capacity and there are no available quarters. Visitors may have to accept alternatives such as other military bases in the area or commercial arrangements. Due to the distance between bachelor quarters and IWTC San Diego building 564 coupled with the lack of base transportation, IWTC San Diego recommends visitors be authorized rental cars for transportation.
