NEWPORT, R.I. (Aug. 4, 2021) Rear Adm. Gregory Todd, chaplain of the Marine Corps and deputy chief of chaplains, gives the graduation address during a graduation ceremony held in the Chapel of Hope, on Naval Station Newport, R.I., for students assigned to the Naval Chaplaincy School and Center in the Basic Leadership Course, class 21030.

Joint Services Transcript (JST)

The JST is an academically accepted document approved by the American Council on Education (ACE) to validate a service member’s military occupational experience and training along with the corresponding ACE college credit recommendations.

CeTARS

Individual student training documentation is maintained electronically in the Corporate enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS). These records document reservations for a course, enrollment date, graduation date, performance data, and any event that may cause interruption of instruction, such as medical or legal hold. Information on courses attended by students, graduation information, and other data become a permanent part of the student Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ).
