MISSION
Helping Today's Youth Meet Life's Challenges
The Navy Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NJROTC) program prepares high school students for leadership roles while emphasizing the importance of citizenship, responsibility, and service to the nation. It aims to inspire students to graduate from high school and equips them with valuable skills and experiences that benefit not only the individual but also their communities and the country as a whole. The NJROTC program fosters self-discipline, self-confidence, and leadership abilities, empowering young men and women to navigate the challenges of adulthood successfully. This program is available at accredited secondary schools across the nation and is taught by experienced instructors who are retired officers and enlisted personnel from the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
Our program mission is to instill in students in United States secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment.
