How to Host a NJROTC/NNDCC Unit

Currently, the Navy Junior ROTC program is not expanding with new units. However, high schools with enrollments of 500 or more students are welcome to submit an application to be considered as future hosts.

How to Apply:

  1. Complete the Host School Application. Please note:

    • You’ll need to print the form first using the "Print" button at the bottom.
    • Use the printed form to gather necessary information before completing the online application in one sitting, as the system does not allow you to save and return later.
    • In the signature block, enter your full name and title as the authorized school official.
  2. Alternatively, you can print and mail the completed application to:

    Naval Service Training Command
    NJROTC Program
    320A Dewey Ave, Bldg. 3, Rm 106
    Great Lakes, IL 60088-2912

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a unit will be offered, nor does it obligate the school district to accept the unit if offered. The Navy will acknowledge receipt of your application by mail.
