The Resources Management Department serves as principal advisor to the commanding officer and other senior managers on resources management matters (funding limits, usage, and efficiency). N8 provides funds administration services for NETPDC, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) headquarters, NETC centrally-managed programs, Naval Service Training Command accessions programs, and other assigned Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education activities. N8 also provides resource data and analyses and financial systems support for NETC and NETPDC, as well as logistics and procurement support services.
