The Navy College Program is the execution arm of the Voluntary Education (VOLED) Department. Navy College Program counselors provide unbiased educational counseling and guidance to help Sailors reach their personal and professional goals. Additionally, VOLED is responsible for the oversight and administration of the off-duty voluntary education programs.
