Quota Control

Naval Education and Training Command has shifted all Centralized Quota Control Office (CQC) responsibilities for the Hawaii and Guam areas to Training Support Center San Diego as the primary point of contact. In accordance with OPNAVINST 5400.47 Series, all requests for school reservations are checked to the greatest extent possible for meeting the prerequisites posted in CANTRAC prior to a reservation being issued. Ensure all prerequisites that cannot be validated through a database search accompany the student at check-in (ie; Medical Screening, PARFQ, etc.)

To request school quotas, the preferred method is the use of eNTRS (see below). To request access to eNTRS, please visit: http://Main.prod.cetars.training.navy.mil/cetars/mainAction

If requesting by email or phone, requests should include CIN/CDP, Pri/Sec class convening date desired, command name and UIC, rate/rank and full name of student, active or reserve status, POC name and Email address.

CATALOG OF NAVY TRAINING COURSES (CANTRAC) INFORMATION

Information on all Navy courses can be found in the two volumes of CANTRAC.

Volume I allows users to search by UIC or Schoolhouse information at: https://app.prod.cetars.training.navy.mil/cantrac/vol1.html

Volume II allows users to search by Course Identification Number (CIN) or Course Data Processing code (CDP) at: https://app.prod.cetars.training.navy.mil/cantrac/vol2.html

ENTRS INFORMATION

eNTRS is the preferred method of requesting course reservations You may request access to eNTRS to see and request quotas directly from the web using: https://app.prod.cetars.training.navy.mil/eNTRS/login.do

Choose "Request Access" on the login page, and follow the instructions to get requester access for your UIC.
