Confirming Your Seat in a Class

Q: What if I need to make changes to my request?
A: If you need to amend an approved request to switch to a different class, email the ODS Quota Control Manager (QCM). Changes depend on class availability and quota limits.

Q: What should I do if I encounter issues in eNTRS?
A: Refer to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) available on the CeTARS website for troubleshooting. For unresolved issues, contact your command QCA to coordinate with the ODS QCM for assistance.

Q: How does the waitlist work?
A: Members on the waitlist will be notified of acceptance two weeks before the class convenes. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-serve basis until the class reaches its 200-student capacity.

Q: Who should I contact for additional questions?
A: For questions about ODS seats, the Split ODS course, or SELRES attendance, contact Commander Navy Reserve Force Command (CNRFC) at CNRFC_DCO@us.navy.mil. Refer to the CNRFC onboarding website for the latest DCO instructions and Split course information.
