Senior Chief Logistics Specialist Norma Porter, the recipients of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA) Peter Tomich Distinguished Leadership Award delivers a speech at the SEA Class 254 graduation Sept. 1.

 
*Open Enrollment for Class 294V will not occur. Enrollment will end at 1200 on 6 Mar 26*
This class is reserved only for SCPO's and MCPO's who meet the following requirements:
1. Are stationed outside of the 50 United States 
And 
2. Are unable to attend any other FY-26 available class

Sailors who meet the above prerequisites (and have an established Empower account) must contact the SEA Registrar (unencrypted email only) to obtain the necessary Operational Commitment Letter template in order to be considered for enrollment into the class: registration.sea@us.navy.mil

Several seats for future FY-26 classes remain available for all eligible USN/USNR SCPO and MCPO’s who have an established Empower account.

The Navy values educated leaders. The U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA) is a six-week leadership development program for active and reserve E-8/9 personnel from the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, Space Force, as well as our international service partners. The SEA focuses on management, leadership, national security, and physical fitness.

The prerequisite required for USN/USNR E-7s is to show the date of completion for “The Chief Petty Officer Leader Development course (CPOLDC)” as noted in the CO Endorsement Letter.
