**CLASS 273 IS NOW FULL AND HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR ENROLLMENT**

Class 274/274R has seat available now for self-enrollment for USN/USNR E-8-E-9s who have an established Empower account. Directions to self-enroll can be found at Senior Enlisted Academy: Enrollment - NETC (navy.mil).

USN E7s, who have an established Empower Account, must wait for the Open Enrollment period beginning at 0800 EST on Monday, 8 April 2024.

The Navy values educated leaders. The U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA) is a six-week leadership development program for active and reserve E-8/9 personnel from the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, Space Force, as well as our international service partners. The SEA focuses on management, leadership, national security, and physical fitness.

The prerequisite required for USN/USNR E-7s is to show the date of completion for “The Chief Petty Officer Leader Development course (CPOLDC)” as noted in the CO Endorsement Letter.
