For USN/USNR CPO's, SCPO's and MCPO's only: Open Enrollment will occur for Class 270 on Monday, 11 Dec at 0800 (ET) for USN/USNR E-7-E-9 who have an established Empower account. You must contact the SEA Registrar (email only) at registration.sea@us.navy.mil to request enrollment into the class. The class distance learning portion runs from 01/08/24 to 01/26/24 and the in-resident portion runs from 02/05/24 to 02/23/24.
The Navy values educated leaders. The U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA) is a six-week leadership development program for active and reserve E-8/9 personnel from the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, Space Force, as well as our international service partners. The SEA focuses on management, leadership, national security, and physical fitness.
The prerequisite required for USN/USNR E-7s is to show the date of completion for “The Chief Petty Officer Leader Development course (CPOLDC)” as noted in the CO Endorsement Letter.
